“Driver experience on outgoing was very good as he assisted with luggage. However incoming driver experience was very poor on two counts:- 1- Driver drove away from the bus stop when I was only approximately 20 yds from the bus. 2- Driver made no attempt to aid elderly passengers with their luggage. Other than that I lit would have been a perfect experience and will probably use the service in he future.”

“Easy process to book. Plenty of spaces in Plane Parking with two pick up points for the bus to drop you at the Airport. Shuttle buses are regular and we didn't have to wait long.”
