“My first time of using Plane Parking. Was disappointed that there was no shuttle bus to take me to airport both ways. I had to walk. On return I couldn’t get out of car park at exit as it said I owed £160.00. Had to call for help and no explanation was given why that happened. Not good enough.”

Thank you for your review. Our Plane Parking car park does have a shuttle bus which operates every 12 minutes 24 hours per day. It sounds like our ANPR system didn't detect you on entry which resulted in your being charged the roll-up rates in error when you exited. “The road from when you pass the entrance to the long stay to the plane parking, is shocking, loads of potholes and rips in the tarmac that you have to continually swerve to try to avoid. The surface of the Plane Parking car-park is also a mess. The bays that you park in don't have tarmac, just rocks & gravel which have spilt out onto the lanes.”

The majority of tarmac has been laid however there is a small part of the car park where the surface is uneven. We appreciate your patience as we work to get this finished.
