“It will be much easier, if you send a client correct address with post code. It was very hard to find your parking. If not the help of kind sole in a person's of o Police officer, I would have to go back home, instead of holiday. Please send crroct address, truly hard to find you.”

“Had no problems with finding the place and the transfers to and from the airport were very good. My only thing to point out is that to make sure you add on plenty extra time to your stay. Our flight was delayed and we were only an hour over our time and got charge just about the same as it cost us for our 11 days!!”

“Parking here was extremely simple and with Plane Parking. Lots of spaces, simple to find, the bus was there within minutes, both on arrival and return Plan to use the service again for summer holiday”

“Neither my car registration nor my booking id were Recognised on arrival despite the fact I was holding a print out of my confirmed booking. . I was told to park and we would sort it out on my return. Again, at the exit barrier neither were recognised but I was released and free to go so, not a good booking system but helpful assistance on the day.”

“Overall stay was good, only problem was when I tried to leave the parking area. Put ticket in machine and it refused to open the barrier,stating I owed you a further £100 Pounds to get out,Not Happy customer took 15mins to get assistance and leave so late a night.”

Thank you for your review. It sounds like our ANPR system didn't pick you up on entry which resulted in you being charged the roll-up non-booked rates in error when you went to exit. I'm glad you managed to speak to someone to get it sorted at the time. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

“First time using Edinburgh Airport so car parking was important to me. Plane Parking was easy to book online, easy to find and the shuttle service to the terminal was quick and simple with little waiting time. I can thoroughly recommend Plane Parking”
