“Was hard to find, no bus service to the airport then when leaving billed us 310 pounds had to call customer service and was told the machine didn't recognized our online booking. More stress!”

Thank you for your review, I can confirm that Plane Parking operates a shuttle bus to and from the terminal building and car park therefore it sounds like you may have entered the wrong car park which would also explain why our ANPR did not recognise your vehicle upon entry. “Easy to find and use, we were lucky with our spacing be very close to the bus shelter. On a slightly separate but not unrelated note raising the price by £10 in one hour for the exact same service should be illegal.”

“Very easy to find, plenty of spaces and only a few minutes from terminal by free shuttle bus which operates approximately every 10minutes. Prices are very reasonable.”

“The plane parking car park was very full and we struggled to get a space, but once parked the surface was good for wheeling our cases to the bus stop. We had to wait about 10 minutes for the bus, but 2 of our party refused to use the shelter as it was full of spiders webs and nests, obviously not on the cleaning list as there was also spider poo on the surfaces. On the way back the driver was away to get sweets and when he got back he was very grumpy. The saving grace is the parking was good and the bus clean and modern, good value for money for early bookers.”
