“The directions to Plane Parking were excellent. The bus service was excellent. The pre-payment procedure was straightforward. However, and whilst I returned to the carpark within the time periodthat I had booked, I was presented with an excess charge of £120 upon trying to leave the carpark. The audio link to the help desk was appalling. I had to spend 15 minutes arguing that my booking was correct before I was allowed to leave.”

Thank you for your review, I'm please to hear that you were happy with the directions to Plane Parking and the shuttle bus service. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit and I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time.
