“Everything was fairly smooth (decent number of parking spots, reasonably frequent shuttle buses etc) until it came to exiting the car park. The ticket barrier claimed I owed money (I didn't - I had fully pre-paid). In fairness, the customer response team apologised and I was cleared to exit, but it was a moment of stress I could have done without. Oh - and the car in front of me seemed to experience exactly the same thing.”
“Couldn't fault parking or bus but finding parking a little difficult direction spot on but nothing on paper work or parking to confirm if it was the right park as so many in area had to press button on entry to check if was right car park asked worker showed him paper work but he wasn't sure as no name for park”
“Plane parking could do with more bus stops as it would save travellers especially the elderly having to carry/push their luggage for such a distance and also it help them on their return to find their car. It was a freezing morning when we arrived at plane parking, we parked up and rushed to get the bus. With no visible signs in the dark to say where we had parked it was a case of hunting for our car on our return. So yes big signs with numbers like the ones you used to have in the long stay car park would be a great help to everyone.”
“Plenty good sized spaces, the bus service was great but could do with better sign posts. So many companies with short stay areas took us a wee bit to find our way to the right one
