Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit and I understand the frustration that it causes. “Easy to get to bus drivers were nice and help full put out ticket in for coming out and come up with a balance if £180’to pay but we pre paid rang the help button to give the number plate and got let out after a couple of minutes”
