“The environment is nice and clean with clear signposting. However, some areas could benefit from renovation, as there are puddles that make retrieving luggage less pleasant.”
“This was our first visit to the multi storey carpark. We have used long stay and fast track in the past. Unfortunately the signage was small and unclear, meaning we ended up missing it and ended up in the drop off twice!!! We asked an attendent where we were going wrong and directed correctly.
Larger signage with more warning would have been very helpful. Found the multi storey clean, with lifts and just outside terminal. Would definately use again since we know where it is now !!!!”
“Great location. Easiest of parking choices.
One problem is finding/getting a trolley. Not sure how this works in Edinburgh now.
So don’t arrive with lots of luggage unless you want hassle at the start of your journey.”
“Blue badge parking as usual is insufficient, l had to park in open on level 5 as no availability on other 4 levels with 80% without blue badges in blue badge spaces.
Usual excuse is drivers have to take badges with them on their travels, why not set up a system that you supply a dated temp badge ( for car park use only ) that you supply only after viewing their blue badge permit”
