“Arrived to find barrier not working. Staff let me through and drove up and down every floor to find the car park was full. I had paid over £100 to book in advance. Had to buzz through another set of barriers explaining myself each time to get parked outside. Very stressful. Terrible.”

“Got stuck when leaving as card was not recognised. I pressed call button - and the gent on the line could not have been more helpful, efficient, or courteous (this was circa 10pm Thursday 17 Oct). I never ever write reviews - but this is 5 statrs as a result of that staff memeber.”

“Great parking package that's very convenient. Used the free 1 hour parking option the night before our flight to drop our bags and fast track security was fantastic the following morning. Not the cheapest option available but certainly worth the extra cost.”

“No problems finding a parking space. Somehow my booking didn't work but called office and got into parking lot no problem after that. Getting out after my holiday was very easy.”
