“I booked the parking in December 24 for a planned break. The instructions to find the car park on the booking were clear. I found a space quickly and used express security. Doing this, I was in Duty Free within 13 minutes of entering the car park. Would do this again.”
“Having booked and paid on-line, I was then charged a further £200 to exit the car park and am still waiting on someone replying to our emails to arrange a refund. Very Poor.”
