“Always leave our car in multi storey car park when going on holiday. Great to get access to fast track when booking through Edinburgh airport. Easy access when leaving terminal heading home, no need to stand and wait for a bus to take you to other parking options.”
“This was the first time I had used this and the car park had plenty of spaces and wasn’t tight for parking. My only gripe as someone new to Edinburgh airport was when leaving arrivals and trying to get back to the terminal parking, the signage wasn’t very good. Apart from that, would recount.”
“Number plate recognition doesn't work. Nonuntrestvjn addressing when reported then challenged for 140 pounds when leaving when it was precooked for 60 pounds for about a 30 hour stay. Then there are no trollies around and on going to find one Edinburgh now want a quid to rent one.
The reason I booked the multi storey was so that I didn't need to drag three bags around a car park.
This airport is a total rip off. Every opportunity to milk you for cash taken.”
“The signage does not work fully or shows false readings. 28 spaces showing on one level but actually they were none. This has been the case for months and needs sorting.
Additionally have encountered regular problems with the registration scanner on entry not working which leads to bookings not being found and delays on exit.”
“Car was safe but absolutely filthy on our return Covered in a dirty oily sandy scum. Took 2 car washes to remove this. Having used this car park numerous times we have never had this issue. Seriously concerned as to what this scum was. Will definitely reconsider using multi-storey again based on this issue.”
