“Excellent location. Very disappointed to be parked on the roof and not undercover. There should be a reduce charge to be parked outside. I chose this car park assuming I would be undercover.”

“Only downside is every time I use Edinburgh parking my pre-paid voucher doesn’t work and I have to speak to the operator to release me. Despite saying to operator this has been the case for 10 years”

“Not for the first time there were only a couple of spaces left and the wtandard of parking is terrible, most left had vars over the line on one side at least. The displays counting the spaces per floor are inaccurate. Dont believe that all these cars were prebooked. How can you ensure that there’s spaces for those of us that prebook? Or are you overbooking just like the airlines do?”
