“Ideal close to the terminal and access to fast track. However for the third time recently on exit I’ve been asked to pay, despite being pre booked and paid for in advance not ideal when you are trying to get home.”

“Booked ahead paying £50. On leaving, the machine wanted £150. Pressed the buzzer, someone answered quickly but said I didn't have a booking. Double checked my car reg, same answer. Gave my booking reference number and name. That was then okay. Moral of the story, keep your booking email reference close by.”
