“The multi-storey parking is excellent, easy access to the terminal, I pay in advance on the Edin airport website. . I always use it. However, when I came out and entered my ticket, it asked me for £135! I had to call for help, and the gate then opened. Why did the system not recognise my pre-payment? Many thanks.”

“The service at the Multi- Storey gets worse and worse. I park there most weeks and every week the machine doesn’t recognise my number plate and I have to talk to someone to be let out of the car park. Last week was so bad that there was a queue to get out with one person on the line trying to deal with everyone trying to exit. It took me 15 minutes to get out. I don’t think this is acceptable - do you?”

“Parking is ok but I have had to contact the service desk on my last two visits as there appears to be an issue with the prepayment system, being asked to pay £180.00 when trying to exit the car park.”

“Multi storey car park is great. I do use the pre paid booking system and every time i come out i get told i owe money and then have to call the team to get them to check my reference. That is a little inconvenient.”
