“Great place to park but really need to do something with the exit system. We have used it a few times this year and everytime when exciting it asks for hundreds of pounds payment. We know not to panic now . On Tues the 3 cars exiting all had same problem. One old lady getting in a panic we had to help her. This needs sorted!”

“Easy to park there, perfect location to the airport. The only thing that was an issue. I paid prior to parking. Our flight was delayed and we got in later than expected. When exiting I put my card in and it said due balance £180. Which was a shock. Pressed for help and it took a while to connect to someone. Person was friendly but after traveling and delays all day this was a bit of a shock.”

“we have used multi-storey a few times mainly for the fast pass on level 2 , There is a problem with the size of the space which leads to dents in car when opening doors and we find its better to drive into the space rather than reverse because there is no way youcan bring any cases through between the cars ,,, you did ask....”
