“Arrival and fast track excellent. Unfortunately at the barrier it would not open and it said we were owe £360 . Took ten minutes to sort out and this has happened previously! I was holding up people behind and embarrassing when I don't know why this should have to happen.”

“Had a prepaid deal. Everything as planned and worked as expected on arrival. On exit inserted ticket and was told we needed to pay £720!!!! Spoke to a man on the intercom and barrier raised allowing exit. Ultimately no problem but initially stressful and not what needed after 16 hour flight at end of two weeks away. You did insist I write a review”
