“Good parking as usual, fast track security passes are a bonus. Despite booking well in advance it cost twice as much as usual which I thought was strange and unnecessary.”
“We used the multi-storey for a two week stay as it was cheaper than our usual choice of Fastpark. There were plenty of spaces and it is of course right by the terminal. As an added bonus parking gives you free access to fast track security. Exiting the car park was straightforward. All in all a good experience.”
“Easy directions to access multi storey. On approch to barrier out of service message however pressed HELP button, quoted car reg and access given with spaces availbel for parking.”
“Fast track was a bonus.(Queues were quite long) Booked primarily because our flight was due to land after midnight. (. Was actually 20 minutes late, nearly 12.30am. ). Good to just stroll across to car and get going for home rather than the park and ride process at that time of night.”
“It was awful, despite booking fast track and paying in advance when we arrived at the car park there were no parking spaces available. We spent 30 minutes looking for a space and only got one when a person returned to their car and agreed to show us where they parked. You need to have available parking for those who pay in advance, although some levels did say there were spaces available in reality they were not, the monitor showing spaces available is broken on all levels. Shocking and stressful service.”
