Hi there, It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit and I understand the frustration that it causes. “Multi-storey parking at Edinburgh Airport is super-convenient for access to the terminal building and exit via number plate recognition is a doddle. Least stressful part of our holiday travel by far!”

“Great experience. Plenty of spaces, easy to navigate and fast track security a plus. Only issue was on leaving as 2 cars in front had issues with the machine, so took me about 10 minutes to get out as I was stuck behind them.”
