“The intial booking process went smoothly as it always has done. This year in the early hours of the morning, my car broke down as we were leaving for the airport in the very early morning! , so a second car was needed in haste. On the journey to airport it was necessary to change the registration number previously provided and this proved a reasonably simple job - so far so good. Being charged £355 on leaving one week later was not but a phone call on the maching solved the problem.”
