“My car was in perfect condition and kept safely, but when I went to leave and put my ticket in the machine, it said I owed £150 when I'd already paid for my stay, and was actually early on my return. It was resolved by pressing the help button on the machine and a man kindly sorting the issue and letting us through, but no apology was offered. A bit of a stress at the end of a very nice holiday. Other than that, I would use the service again.”

“Did not issue ticket upon arrival so would not lift exit barrier on leaving - however when giving order number at barrier it was immediately opened so not a great problem”

“Proximity to the airport is good, given that everyone parking there will be walking to the terminal the walkways in the car park and signage was poor. This improves once in Terminal vacinity. I think the airport charges are excessive - complete profiteering with minimal service.”

“Easy to access, and close to the airport at a reasonable price. The barriers failed to recognise our number plate on the way out, but the staff sorted it quickly.”
