“I pre booked the parking but the receipt wasn’t clear as to what parking I had. I knew it was at the terminal but it wasn’t clear whether I could use the multi storey car park. I used the outdoor car park and really struggled to find a space. When I did I had to squeeze a brand new Mercedes’ into a space. When I returned from my trip the car was dented. Didn’t bother reporting as you will say the car is parked at my own risk. When I went to exit the barrier control said I had an outstanding balance. This was rectified when I called the assistant and was allowed to exit. Not the first time I have pre booked and this has happened.”

“This is an excellent, fairly priced place to leave your car. Within easy walking distance to the terminal, the only drawback is that the entry/exit is quite narrow, particularly for those with larger vehicles so take care. Otherwise, a great and convenient car park.”

“Despite having pre-booked parking, got there and the car park was full. No one answering machine at the barrier where i sat for 10 mins trying to get a response. Never managed to get one, but fortunately someone left and the barrier opened to let me in. On leaving my pre-booking wasn't recognised so the barrier wouldn't let me out. Fortunately someone actually answered the buzzer this time, found my booking and let me out. Not exactly a smooth error free experience.”

“You need to renew parking space paint. It makes it very haphazard and leads to poor parking. Though I understand why the exit is very tight, it is just too neat for bigger cars.”
