“I pre-paid and parked in mid stay car park however Registration number not recognised on entry. On exit at barrier, I was informed.ed that I need to pay £90. As I'd pre-paid, this was most annoying and was an exact repeat of a previous experience at same airport...! I pressed buzzer and after some time it was answered a d a few minutes later the barrier was lifted. No explanation, no apology - very frustrating - why don't you get you act together?”

“Process straightforward. Convenient to terminal. Machine didn't read number plate at exit and wanted fee to let me out, despite prepayment. Staff on intercom very helpful and let me out.”

“I’ve used mid stay parking several times always prepay booking. The exit gate doesn’t seem to recognise these bookings so I have to call the operator to get out of the barrier. Operators always very helpful but shouldn’t this just work automatically ?”
