Conveniently located only a short walk from the terminal building, parking spaces were available. Also very convenient for departure after arrival of the return flight.

Parking is fine. Seems to have got a lot more expensive. Can’t understand how when it’s just a car park. Camera to take the number plate never works so even though I prepay k have to call them each time to get out.

The parking system didnt identify my pre booking and I had to pay £110.00 to be able to get out. This is on top of my pre booking payment. I need the immediate refund of the £110.00 I have tried to make contact but no one has contacted me so far My phone is 07512 300766 Regards Leonardo

Easy to find, and within easy walking distance of airport entrance. The only issue we had on leaving (even though we'd prepaid) was the exit barrier machine tried to charge us £130. We drove back to a machine and were able to easily speak to someone who politely and efficiently sorted it and we were able to drive back out exit barrier with no issue this time.

I have a complaint active at present, I could not exit the car park until I paid £90.00. I had already prepaid the parking ahead of my stay and did not park over my time.

Despite having pre-paid for parking, on exit the ticket machine informed me that I owed £420. Once I located the assistance button (not readily apparent on the ticket machine) a helpful gentleman informed me that the machine was faulty and lifted the barrier. A frustrating and disappointing episode after a long day of travel.
