“Car parking easy to book, directions good & spaces available with 10-15 minute walk to terminal. Only issue we had was change of vehicle from booking though explained on arrival & informed to advise on departure along with original car registration details ...otherwise good secure car park.”

“Very conveniently located. Well signposted both to get to in the car and to and from the terminal. However didn’t recognise my vehicle registration and when I contacted assistance they got me to take a ticket. So didn’t recognise the vehicle on exit and wanted to charge me again. When I contacted assistance they did let me out.”

Thank you for your review, It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

“The parking space is very handy and short walk to the airport. I have lost my ticket and the staff was very helpful for letting me out after answering few questions. Will use it again in the future”
