Hi there, Thanks for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit and I understand the frustration that it causes. Once again after travelling the whole day was confronted with a bill for £500 despite having booked my parking in April. This has happened every time I travel and when you arrive back after a full day travelling and being tired and irritated the last thing you need is to be given a bill at the exit which is not expected as the parking has already been paid in advance. I am looking at other parking options as I don’t trust the system in place at this time

The mid stay is great, easy walking distance and good value for a short stay.

Ideal, not too much more than long stay, spaces available unlike long stay’s ’treasure hunt’ search for a space & a much shorter walk. Will definitely use this from now on.

All going great until we came to leave. In spite of prepayment, the barrier remained closed and we were asked to pay £180! Used the intercom and took a while to get a response. The attendant told us this was a common problem at Midstay, checked our reg then let us through. Only grateful there was not a queue of cars being held up behind us, which would have been very uncomfortable.

Great location close to terminal building. Only a few minutes walk. Not many spaces available though. Took a while to find one.
