“Sign posting wasn't clear The gate didn't recognise the number plate going in or out. So had to liaise with Intercom twice. On the positive the person at the other end fixed it quickly.”

“Fully 2 weeks after my stay I still haven't been refunded for the overcharge fee I was made to pay when leaving the car park. The attendant didn't seem to know the difference between 2.30 and 20.30. I have submitted evidence and communicated via 8 separate emails. Not great.”
