Easy to find once you have downloaded a map; the Parking website didn't seem to have one. 10 minutes walk to the terminal easy if you have little luggage. I had to extend by one day and had to rebook the extra day at outrageous cost and call the service at the barrier.

Got in fine. Parked up fine. Short walk to the terminal. So far so good. Upon leaving, put ticket in and it wanted to charge me £170 when I’d prepaid. Pressed the button someone said “uh huh” told them I’d prepaid “what’s your reg” told them and gate opened. Seemed like someone was trying it on

Hi there, Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes. I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time. Kind regards, Customer Support Team
