“Easy access, very close to the terminal. It's cheaper to order online in advance and sometimes it doesn't read the car registration and you have to contact customer service. But it's a really insignificant little inconvenience. It's safe and close and that's the most important thing!”

“Entry to car park was good, exit was interesting. Car parking was paid for in advance, although on exiting a charge of £375 was requested, used intercom, gave registration & barrier was lifted happy days”

“Was fine, except I pre-booked and pre-paid for my parking. Then on exiting- the ticket validator said I owed an outstanding £100! For one night parking, that I had already paid around £35 for. I belled the assistance bell, and explained- they cleared the issue and I was on my way home within 2 minutes. So the staff were quick and helpful- can't fault them. But I've no clue why that money showed as outstanding and wasn't given an explaination.”

Thank you for your review, It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

“Easy to find once you have downloaded a map; the Parking website didn't seem to have one. 10 minutes walk to the terminal easy if you have little luggage. I had to extend by one day and had to rebook the extra day at outrageous cost and call the service at the barrier.”
