“Location was ideal for our early morning flight to Brussels. However, the ANPR did not open the gate upon arrival so I had to take a ticket. It didn't open upon exiting the car park either and after putting the ticket in, the machine tried to charge me £150. I buzzed for assistance, gave my car registration number and the gate was opened. No issue in the end but may be something to be wary of.”

Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes. I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

“Booking was simple, when we arrived the barrier lifted no problem and there were plenty of spaces. Handy signs for you to note which section your car was in, making it easy to find on the way home. Very short walk to the airport terminal building. Coming home again, no problems, registration plate was read and barrier lifted for exit. Would definitely use again, all went very smoothly. Fair price, would have cost more to get a taxi to and from the airport.”

“We usually park in long stay but this time it was cheaper for mid stay. Plus due to my husband not being well it was obviously a shorter walk to terminal which helped. We have booked midstay again for two further trips this year which are more money than longstay for some reason but worth the extra for being a bit closer to terminal. And found space no problem.”
