I had to extend my trip abroad but could not just buy a few extra days in long stay where my car was parked. I emailed customer services and I was sent a link to book into mid-stay and press the buzzer upon exit. It all worked well. Thanks.

As usual the number plate reader did not work so to exit the car park i had to spend 10 minutes waiting for the car in front to get through and then wait while the helpful person found my booking. This happens every time i use the carpark which is every week. This week i wanted to catch the end of my daughter's school concert so it was particularly annoying.

Thank you for your review, It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

Excellent option. Easy to use. I couldn’t find my ticket on way out but after a check they quickly buzzed me through with no delay.

Badly signposted. We went into the wrong car park by mistake - an attendant let us in and checked our booking once we were through the barrier. We had to exit and couldn’t without paying £6. Absolutely furious - terrible set up.
