Booked online, this was the cheapest option. Easy to find, plenty spaces available. 5 minute walk to departures. Had a small issue when leaving. The cameras didn't pick up my car reg, so I was given a normal ticket. Upon exit, the barrier stated I owed £150! I pressed the buzzer, explained I had pre-booked & the man opened the gate.

Car park was easy to find from instructions on website. Only took me about 4 mins to walk to airport terminal. I returned late at night in the dark and carpark was well lit up.It was easy for me to find my car.

Booking was seamless and straightforward until we attempted to leave the car park. Put card into the barrier and it said I was due £120. Pressed help, was asked what was up, told them that I had a booking etc. was then asked for my car registration, nothing else was said to me. The barrier just opened a few minutes later.

Drive up to barrier and collect ticket. Use ticket on way out. No issues. Walking distance to terminal which is why I chose it. I think all airport parking is unnecessarily expensive. This one is no exception!

Very good and convenient . Only one problem that the exit gate it told me I owed money when I had prepaid . Parking attendant sorted it for me .

parking was conveniently located close to the terminal building however there is a real lack of luggage trolleys in the car park area. I was lucky enough to find an abandoned one however I would of expected these to be here as standard.

Hello Ian, I understand how frustrating it will have been to discover there were no trolleys available. Our trolleys are in constant rotation, which means once they have left an area, they must be collected by a member of staff, and processed back into their designated zones. This unfortunately takes time, and on this occasion has meant that the area you were in had no available trolleys. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

Was ideal. Easily found, despite Highland show at Ingleston,a little tight for parking. No problems.
