Thank you for your review. We always encourage passengers to pre-book parking. We offer car parking pricing for 2 years in advance for different lengths of stay. Our pricing is dynamic and continually changes based on many different factors such as demand, occupancy and lead time making it possible for the pricing to change from booking to booking however, we offer competitive pricing against other providers. “Absolutely superb facility. Even although we had put our registration number in incorrectly, we had no issues at all. You just arrive, the cameras scan your car, you then input your details (amended registration number) into the computer. The computer prints out a key tag which you attach to your keys. You get a receipt which allows you to collect the keys on your return. One good tip, given by an employee, was to take a picture of your receipt, just in case you lose the paper copy. On return you scan the barcode and voila, the secure box containing your keys pops open. It tells you exactly where your car is. Jump in your car, barriers open automatically and you are on your way home. So easy and stress free. I would definitely recommend this parking facility.”

“Very good from start to finish. Excellent service. My only complaint is the increase in price if you don't book the service months in advance. I use your service at least 6 times a year & gain no discount, also if I book a last minute holiday I pay nearly double the price. This I can't understand as you either have the capacity or not.”
