“We use FastPark everytime we fly - at least twice a year - never had a problem always great service, this time arrived off a late flight went to the silver lockers as instructed to be told Keys not ready contact reception...One person at reception dealing with more than one family, when got hold of him, he dissappeard through a door and returned with my keys....no explanation just shouted my name and handed over keys...hopefully this is a one off....”
“Great location and gave dates and times of my trip allowing for check in and baggage collection on my return however still charged £25 for no reason or explanation when picking up the car on return so not sure why and felt a little agreived”
