“I had to cancel the first few days of my trip within 24 hours of departure. There is no way to amedn my car park booking or even notify the Fast Aprk facility that I will be arriving several days late. I tried email no repsonse, tried live chat no category for changing arrival date. Useless”

“Booking and arrival was no problem , staff were nice and told us what to do on arrival. I booked the "park and charge" option at the Edinburgh fast and park airport parking as I owns an electric car . My charger was always kept in the frunk of my Tesla car, on arrival after a week holiday I realised the charger was missing. Another charger which was very old and not a tesla charger was placed in the trunk/boot of my car. I complained to the staff at the airport parking immediately i noticed my missing charger, this was before leaving the airport parking , he advised because it was late and on a Saturday he couldn't do much. He advised the claim department will contact me on the Monday. It has been 2 weeks since the incident and no one has contacted me. I tried calling several times and I was told it would be forwarded to the department that would deal with it. Up till now i have heard nothing! Beware, this company is a big shame and scam !! I will never be using them again!”

Our pricing is dynamic and continually changes based on many different factors such as demand, occupancy and lead time making it possible for the pricing to change from booking to booking however, we offer competitive pricing against other providers.
