“Website states up to 6 hours leeway with no extra cost. Due to flight delay I was 48 minutes late yet still was charged £6 excess charge. Queried by email but no response. Also no response to assistance call button on exit gate. Lighting poor in vicinity of exits gates and unable to easily read any instructions.”

“The car drop off was easy but it's a long walk back from arrivals in the middle of the night. After the long walk the machines to get our keys were quick and easy but the barrier wouldn't let me out until I paid £6, I was too tired to go back and query this so felt blackmailed into paying. I queried this the following day and have since had it refunded but it was a hassle I could have done without.”
