“All but one of the machines were broken when we arrived so there was a long queue which caused us a significant delay - making a nonsense of the idea of FastPark. It would have been quicker and cheaper to use the mid or wven long stay parking. The situation would have been worse but for the great efforts of the two excellent staff on duty. And my key was not ready when we got back. Had to get it from the office. And the car was not in the "right" spot (though thankfully close enough that we could see it). All in all, not a good experience I am afraid!”

“Using fast park was great and easy. Will diffinlety use again. The only thing I would say As my flight was cancelled I had to email them to let them know this just so I didn't get charged late fees which I thought I might. On arrival 12 hours later I asked the attendant if I would be getting charged they said no which was great but when I left the parking and I put my ticket in the machine for the barrier to exit I was charged £6. I think I was given the wrong information. I will say £6 is nothing on what I could have been charged so in all I would recommend fastpark its close to the terminal,drop-off and go that easy and pick up is the same scan your ticket box lights up with your car keys in it, taken them and go.”

“When we arrived all the machines were down but the staff were very helpful. On return after 3 weeks at 0300 we went to the 24/7 desk and with help, we got the keys and the car. Would certainly use again.”
