“Absolutely shambolic took over two hours to get car bk after arriving from holiday.wont be using it again.felt sorry for guy who had to front up agitated passengers as it was not his fault but organisational chaos above him.”

“On our return our car wasn’t ready and had to wait in excess of 2 hours. We did receive full refund but would have preferred the service. Hopefully this was a once off.”
