“The departure experience using Fast Park was excellent. Friendly staff were on hand to give help checking the car in and explaining the procedure. Where we dropped the car off was only a short walk from the terminal building. Coming home, retrieving the keys from a lock box was straight forward. However, the whole experience was spoiled by the parking of our, and other vehicles. The car was reversed into a space such that access to the boot to load luggage was impossible. That meant bringing the car out into the narrow roadway to get access to the boot. However, getting access to the driver's door was very difficult because the spaces are so narrow. I had to push my driver's door against the adjacent car in order to queeze in. Poor performance.”
