“Drop off was fine, although we were being squeezed in, encouraged to park mm from the car in front! When we returned at 2.50am the following week it was pandemonium about 60people all disgruntled and waiting for their keys! Checked our locker and our keys weren’t there either!!?! Upon speaking with the other people and the guys on shift, it turns out they were massively oversold and hadn’t returned any of the cars back yet…not ideal at anytime, never mind 2.50am with wife and kids all tired and a temp of 2degrees. Car returned and keys finally handed over just after 4am. Turns out the cars weren’t parked onsite and were a mile and a half away, which is not what we had booked for, nor what the website eludes to when booking. Both of these have put me off and really don’t think I’ll be using this service again,which is a real shame as on previous trips, we’ve never had an issue,but on this occasion this was unbelievably bad service.”
