“The signage in and around the car park needs to be improved. I got lost trying to find the entrance and ended up having to pay to go through the drop off area in the airport. Then when I got back from my trip at 3 am I couldn’t work out where the lockers were. Once in my car I couldn’t work out the exit. Then at the barrier I couldn’t get out because my reg hadn’t been acknowledged. A great service if you know how it works!”
