“Pre booked and payed for fast park (12/10/24)only for when I arrived to be told there was no spaces and that I would need to park on the 5th floor of the multistory carpark and take my keys on holiday with me. Firstly the reason I choose fastpark is so that I do not have to worry about my keys being lost while abroad. Secondly when we arrived at the 5th floor this was also full and no spaces available others to make my way to the main carpark. On our return (19/10/24) and when exiting the car park I was faced with a £381 bill for NOT parking in the fasttrack parking areas. I am deeply disappointed as I use the carparking facilities regularly.”

“Entering the carpark was chaos with way too many cars trying to enter at the same time and the coordination seemed all over the place. However the man helping us check in our key was so helpful and the return journey felt seamless.”

“I am very disabled and really appreciated the disabled toilet at your reception. It would be preferable if the area for disabled persons to park was to be more clearly established by some form of physical boundary and if the number of such parking places were to be materially increased.”

“Hassle free parking, helpfully staff and a minute walk to the terminal. Will always use Fast Park as a first option.”

“Only was in the carpark for 20 minutes but have been charged for the full payment. As I didn't give 24 hours notice I was unable to get even get any refund. Appreciate you have it on your terms and conditions but think some refund should be aloud.”
