“The team were SO helpful and lovely, couldn't ask for a more polite and pleasant bunch. On arrival they told us that the FastPark had been overbooked and asked if we were able to park in the multi-story instead (not their fault, clearly system booking error). I explained that we couldn't as we didn't have time and they were very understanding of that and still found us a space in FastPark. Car was kept safe and found easily on our return. The team responsible for the bookings need to carefully review their capacity availability as I'm sure a lot of the team on the ground would have unhappy customers on their hands if this is a frequent occurrence.”
