“On the website a description of what and how to operate Fast Park would be helpful. We booked thinking it was, as before, Meet and Greet. We eventually figured it out but nobody was very helpful. On our return the men in the lockers were helpful and we now understand how it operates. If you don’t normally use Edinburgh it would be helpful to give a more detailed explanation as this method does not appear in any other airport.”

“I made a mistake by booking my stay 3 days early. When I arrived the attendants sorted out my booking in quick time & on arrival back car was waiting as expected. Was simple & easy after a long flight.”
