“Easy, quick and simple process. Very happy I done it, definitely worth the money. A little aggrieved at how much seat position and wing mirrors had to be manoeuvred for what I can only guess was a few short 50-100 meter drivers. Other than that, FastPark is a great service!”

“A very well organised first experience of the Fast Park at Edinburgh Airport. Information on the email was first class and easy to follow, with the added benefit of staff being available on site to help with those of us who are first time visitors. Staff were all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on the system from parking my car to finding my car on my return. Thank you soo much, it made parking my car a breeze and I will definitely use again.”

“Loved Fast Park and I will never use regular parking again. The ease of it is amazing, drive up, scan your pass, drive through the video scanner and an attendant will guide you to your bay. In the return journey it was even easier, scan your barcode and then the box lights up green, take your keys and the tag tells you what bag you are in. No other way to park. Highly recommended!”

“Fast park is the only way forward for us. For years, we used car parking where we were bussed to and from our car to the airport. Sometimes, this involved long waits. Now we drive into FastPark, drop our keys in the box (there’s always friendly staff on hand to help if required) and walk straight into the terminal. On our return, we are back into our car within minutes, and on our way home. I would highly recommend FastPark.”

“We arrived at Edinburgh airport in the rain to find that there were no trollies available at the fast park area for us to put our luggage onto. We eventually found ones that had to be paid for so didn’t take them. On our return journey we found that as our flight arrived later and it was nearly 3am before we were at the lockers it was quite stressful working out what to do to get our keys and then the keys were slightly stuck in the tray. There was no one around to help us with this. Once we got our keys we found it very hard to navigate how to get back to the fast park area and to our car with very small signage and when it’s early in the morning it would be helpful if the signage was more clear and we did find that it was a bit of a trek to get to our car with all our luggage. We wonder if there would be a simpler route to take from the key pick up to the car pickup as we did find this very stressful when we just wanted to get our car and go home.”
