As usual, took some time to locate a space. Realising from previous experience that the Zones are such that it can be difficult to locate car even if one knows the number, especially if approaching by a different route than that used when leaving, I used What Three Words. It took me straight to my car!

Easy process to book a place on the Edinburgh Airport Parking website. With numberplate recognition, makes the whole process of accessing and exiting the park easy.

Better recongnition of car number plate is needed. Positive - the carpark is located close to the terminal to allow us to walk to the terminal without taking a bus. Negative - gave huge anxiety at the exit gate because the system failed to recognise our car number plate and a payment amount of £140 was asked at the exit machine despite the fact we had prepaid our ticket. It was dark as it was after midnight. Although eventually we managed to speak to someone using the intercom and the problem was resolved. The fact still remains that we didn't need to have this problem after a long journey.

Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit and I understand the frustration that it causes. Our pricing is dynamic and continually changes based on many different factors such as demand, occupancy and lead time making it possible for the pricing to change from booking to booking however, we offer competitive pricing against other providers.
