Very easy to book and great instructions of how to get there. The car was registered by the barrier so it was all incredibly smooth and good value for money.

Absolutely love it! Great prices, costumer service are outstanding, and the parking area are big enough if you have a nice car and you don’t want someone to bump your side doors. Overall, for me is the best airport parking, you are about 10min from your gate. Just amazing, thank you so much and thanks to all the stuff. Very helpful and very friendly, you will never be disappointed! Nothing to complain just great service and very easy to book your stay. 10 stars from me if it was possible! lol

When I arrived at the entrance barrier, I paused to let the system recognise my car, as usual. Nothing happened. I waited. Nothing happened. I pressed the button for a ticket, took it and parked. (Still too far from the terminal; shuttle buses should be re-introduced.) When I returned two days later, I entered the ticket at the exit barrier and was told I owed £120. At the end of quite a long day, and two days away, now in the dark, I was more than a little fed up. I used the contact button on the exit machine to talk to a real human being, who was very helpful. He asked for my registration plate number and my surname, and presumably was able to check against the online booking I'd made. My ticket was returned and the barrier raised; I left without having to pay £120. All credit to the very helpful chap whose prompt and efficient response on the other end of the call button system put things right - but this shouldn't have been necessary. What has gone wrong with the online booking system?

Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit and I understand the frustration that it causes.
