The reason I only gave two stars was due to the fact after returning from holiday in Ibiza on the 9th October , we had paid for a week in the long stay car park, upon exiting I produced my ticket to the machine only to see I “owed” another £176.00 !!!!!!, to be fair the gentleman on the intercom took my registration and let me through the barrier. This is a glitch in your system you need to rectify, you already charge enough without scaring people with added costs when they return. Get it sorted!.

The ease of parking is fine, and for the price I don’t mind the walk to the terminal. My main issue is the size of the spaces. For anything other than a pretty small hatch back the spaces simply are not large enough, so there’s pretty much no chance for someone like me who has a large SUV meaning driving around for far too long looking for spaces where people haven’t parked close to the lines on adjacent spaces which invariably means an even longer walk than usual. This simply is not okay.

Easy to book and appreciated the extra 6 hours free at the end of our stay when we arrived late on a delayed flight. Parking area was extremely full though and it took us a while to find a free space.

I stayed at the Long Stay Parking in Edinburgh for 10 days in September 2022. I could not believe the price I was charged, £106 for 10 days. The bus to the terminal was not running (it was stated in the booking, so it was not a surprise). I had to park on a broken part of a tarmac and walk in rain for 10min to the terminal. I park my car at Edinburgh airport for at least a month a year (multiple entries) and was never offered a discount or a valued customer price. I am quite disappointed for the overpriced luck of service.

Very good felt safe and secure. Very easy to book and easy in and out. Only thing was went to the wrong long stay car park first - probably more to do with us not reading the directions correctly but could maybe differentiate the two car parks better giving them different names or better signage. Small issue though and found the correct car park quickly after.

Ok until I tried to depart, the machine said I owed £140 despite having prepaid online. I pressed the help button and explained to the guy. He was a bit abrupt - asked me to put my ticket back in and for my Reg. which I did. Then he said we were good to go and opened the barrier. No explanation or apology was offered for the apparent £140 extra charge. Was a bit odd, but at least we got out in the end.

Car park isn't big enough. You shouldn't sell parking spaces when they don't exist.

Generally speaking the car park was fine but I feel better pedestrian access through the car park would be welcomed. It was torrential rain when I returned to my car and majority of the car park was flooded and with no suitable walkway through resulted in myself and my luggage being drenched and having to go through ankle deep puddles on the roads in the car park.
