“Lots of cars parked out with bays, difficult to park and see where parking spaces actually were. Also registration not recognised on exit and was informed of charge. This was resolved with call button”

“When I arrived ahead of my booking, the gate opened for me without the need to get a ticket. My husband works at the airport so the car is already registered. I do remember thinking (and saying) this is easy. Upon leaving the parking a couple of days later, i drove to the barrier but it did not open. I spoke to the parking attendant who told me that I had to get a parking ticket and proceeded to ask my reg nr. I don’t know the reg be by heart, but I did have the order confirmation code. So instead of asking for that code I had to frantically look for the reg nr. (Which is also on the email but not as clearly as the booking ref). The issue is that the reg nr was already identified as ok to park, but the system should try to be able to understand when a booking is made. I suspect this is a highly irregular occurs .”

“Was easy to get a space and signposts driving in and out were clear. As were the signs for walking to and from the terminal. And matched what the instructions given on booking online. Surface a bit bumpy for the suitcases but not unbearable. Cars parked in random places such as junctions and across spaces was probably the worst thing when navigating through the car park in the car and on foot.”
