“I have ordered this a couple of times for my twin granddaughters. It has worked really well on their skin. Up until recently the service has been excellent but unfortunately the last batch I ordered over a week ago has still not been delivered. Royal Mail seems to keep sending it to the wrong sorting office. I have since realised this was my mistake as I put the wrong postal code on the delivery address so apologies to the Eczema Company who managed to sort it and are sending me a replacement order. The customer service lady was very helpful . The cream is quite expensive especially when you have to use it on 2 children, however, it seems to be the only cream that works for them. I would highly recommend it.”
