“I asked for clarification on the component of these socks after assurance before purchase that they were elastic free.
I experienced a rash whilst wearing them and asked the company. I was informed that a manufacturing error meant there was elastic in n my sock! See below.
That is just ridiculous. Do NOT buy these! They are not elastic free as advertised.

The point of my getting these was no elastic etc. I have a reaction to them after a day. You should NOT advertise as elastic free when they aren't!
I'll return both pairs. That's very disappointing

*We have identified that due to manufacturing technical requirements there are one or two very thin threads of elastic thread right at the top of the sock which can be removed if necessary.

I'm sorry to hear that these caused a reaction. We have tried to make it clear that for manufacturing purposes very thin elastic thread is used just at the top of the sock, as we are aware that this might not suitable for some customers.
