“I have bought many Dartington glasses from eCookshop on various occasions in the past without a problem These champagne flutes are definitely below an acceptable standard; I would say they are not seconds but thirds! The flutes themselves are fine; the stems however have sharp mould lines along their entire length making it impossible to hold with any degree of comfort.
I have always considered your sales as genuine, disposing of unsold stock. This time perhaps I should have known better when the price was marked down from £40 to £10!”
