“I have used this item for almost a month and I am impressed with the build quality and operation of it. It is well worth reading the instructions if you are not used to this type of machine. The grinder works very well and there are many different adjustments to get the best out of the machine. The coffee is very good and will get better as we get more experience with it. Frothing the milk took a little practice but I will need more experience to produce latte art! The temperature control jug is handy as it displays the milk temperature to prevent scalding.”
“I bought this for my husband's birthday. We'd done quite a lot of research and the reviews were largely excellent. He is really pleased with it and has gone from a weekend coffee drinker to trying this out most days now. It is a case of trial and error but we knew this from other reviews so if you want a simple press a button machine this isn't the one for you. It does make excellent coffee and having had a similar coffee machine before we can definitely tell the difference in quality. The machine itself is very robust and takes pride of place in our kitchen. Service from Dawson's was excellent I rang for a price match with Amazon and was given an instant confirmation and it was delivered on my husband's birthday. Would highly recommend both the Sage coffee machine and Dawsons.”
