Excellent - makes more noise than I expected, but that is fine!

Fabulous looking machine and very robust and well built. I did have a problem working out how to open the water tank lid but a call to the dawsons shop soon had me on the right track. It's not one I have come across before as you pull up the outer part and it concertinas the ain part. Had me baffled for a very long while before I asked for help so maybe a better instruction on that score. Makes superb coffee and I'm really pleased with it, well worth the money

Many years ago I had an award winning Dualit espresso maker which was excellent and I have to say this is just as good. The operation is simple and straightforward and it makes great coffee. I bought a separate milk thermometer which helps to perfect the hot frothy milk. The main benefit with this machine over the Nespresso machines is that you can use freshly ground beans to improve the taste and we utilise our great decaf coffee beans to make afternoon and evening coffees which don’t affect your sleep. Highly recommended.

Just love it! I am drinking twice as much coffee now and grinding my own decaffeinated beans...what a wonderful taste difference! Simple to use and looks great. Easy to clean, it is a wee bit noisy but that not a major minus for me. I too haven't obtained a great crema result but for me it doesn't detract from my enjoyment. I am very pleased so far with my purchase.

Very pleased produces excellent expresso and the wand after practise is good. Seems to be very well made with quality baskets etc.

Ive had this machine about a month now and after some trial and error am now able to produce a coffee that rivals that of my local coffee shop. Having only used pod machines prior to getting this one it was a huge learning curve but thanks to the dual wall baskets even my poor attempts were still palatable. I have since invested in a grinder and have been incredibly pleased with the difference between using pre ground coffee and freshly grinding my own beans so Id definitely advise getting a grinder - Im using a Hario grinder at the moment and it does a great job. The Sage Duo Temp Pro is a go
